1. Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription to our SaaS services at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our support team at hello@utkrushta.co.in.
- Cancellations will prevent any further charges after the current billing period. Services will remain active until the end of the current subscription term.
2. Refunds
- We do not provide refunds for tests or services already conducted or completed.
- If you believe there has been an error in payment processing or a dispute regarding a payment, please contact us at hello@utkrushta.co.in. We will review your case and may issue a refund at our sole discretion.
3. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes related to payments must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
- For disputes or grievances, please contact hello@utkrushta.co.in with your payment details and a description of the issue.
